~ RALPH FABRI ~

Born in Budapest, Hungary, Fabri studied architecture for two years before turning to painting and etching at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1921. He enjoyed considerable success as an artist and teacher, and had many one-man shows, including one in 1942 at the Graphic Arts Division of the Smithsonian Institution.
